To celebrate Riffraff’s Mama & Me Collection that just launched today, the kids and I put on our matching shirts and headed to the kitchen to make our favorite sea salt chocolate chip cookies (recipe below). There are eight adorable sets in this collection (check them all out here) but this wild child set was love at first sight. Perhaps it’s because two-thirds of my children currently think they were, in fact, born to be wild.

My goodness we made such a big mess when we took these pictures, but it was all in good fun!
These little ones make me so happy and it’s so hard for me to articulate what it’s like to be their mama without melting into a puddle on this keyboard. To create life is a miracle in and of itself, but being able to raise little humans into kind, selfless people is hands down the most rewarding thing I will ever experience in this lifetime. The love that I know now is indescribable and something I couldn’t even fathom before having kids. They may be wild, but I count my lucky stars every day and night that these three beautiful babies call me mama.
